00:00I was in so much pain. There's not a doctor that could fix that. I don't care that I'm 70. That's not okay. And you signed up for WarriorBabe. Oh, yes, ma'am. How else was I going to get in shape? Because our bodies require attention. They are like cars, and the older they get, they need to be tuned up and shined and change the spark plugs. My doctors cannot believe I can crawl on my knees. I can do the child's posture. I can get up and down off the floor without holding on to a chair.
00:30What's going on, everybody? Hey, so today I have another Warrior Babe here with us, Warrior Babe Peggy, who has been in the fitness space since 1985. Though she had a knee and a hip replacement and years of immobility and postmenopausal struggles, which I know a lot of women are going to really resonate with her story, she found herself at a breaking point. She was under eating. She was overwhelmed.
01:00And she no longer felt like herself. And then that's when she found Warrior Babe. And with the guidance of her coach and the community that she finally got it, she finally been able, she's rebuilding her body. She's rebuilding her mindset from the inside out. Now she's strong. Now she's, you know, deeply grounded in a new lifestyle rooted in self-love and healing and in purpose. And she's here to tell her story today. Peggy, welcome. Wow. You, you nailed the whole thing. Thank you. Of course. I'm really excited to have you here and for you to share your story. So I want to go all the
01:31way back, but let's go back to where was your like health and fitness situation? Like what did that look like before you joined Warrior Babe? And whatever you feel like in terms of years that you want to be able to elude the most context that you can. In the middle of leaving high school teaching, building a house, a marriage that fell apart and is still a train wreck, personal struggles. And here I am in Antrim, New Hampshire. And knowing that, no, it was actually before I moved or just about around the move. Anyway, dates don't matter. Evidence. I just was, oh my goodness, what am I doing here? And some other
02:04program came up and I started this other program and I was in it for about, I don't know, five months or something like that. And it just didn't feel like it had the tread meeting the road. It didn't have enough parts. There was something that in my heart I knew was missing. I had these macros and I had these exercises, but I didn't feel like there was some glue. And one night, literally it was like 321 in the morning. That's when I get all my inspiration. I was born on March 21st at 321 in the morning. So my inspiration,
02:36if it pops up at that hour and I opened my phone because I was going to just speak my, my request to my spirit to help me. And your video came up on Facebook, which I hadn't even turned on. And I listened to the whole thing. I asked for help and I got an interview and I joined you. I was all that mess, but I was in this house and it was that 43 weeks at 45 weeks ago that I knew where I was, wasn't right, but it was close. And I knew that I couldn't do it on my own. That was the biggest
03:11thing because the more I knew, of course you think you can do it on your own. And I think that's a lot of our problems sometimes because it was mine. I had since 1985 in the fitness industry, who can tell me more than what I know? I know about me. I know my body, but it was just, I was convicted a hundred percent. And you're there. The way your energy came through the video, I said, um, and the next morning I called, I talked, they told me how much I said, great. Here's my credit card. I didn't care
03:42because I knew that I knew that I knew from all of it, that this was the right place. And I have not been disappointed because all that I knew was pulled together in a braid by putting the glue together of the things that I didn't know. So it was in concert with what I already knew was good, but I just didn't know how to build the house. I didn't know how to put it together. Every single thing that my coach has put together is the next thing I needed. And the listening helped me to find the next step so that I brought back, brought with me my life. Nobody told me my life was wrong. They said, let's take what's
04:15good about your life and let's add to it so that we can make you the best version of yourself. And I believed it because it made sense because it was in line with research and with what I understood. And my spirit said it was right. That's it. Short answer, long answer. That's my truth. I am just so happy you're a part of the warrior baby community now. I think that's really cool how it came about for you. Fellow Aries sister, by the way, your birthday is a day before mine. I think that's really cool being a 321 and then you had inspiration at 321. That's an answered
04:47prayer right there. And you were guided each step along the way to watch the video fully out, then apply, then chat with someone on the team. And now you're here with us. And I love that. And you're here not only 45 weeks in coming up in your first year, but you're also in for three more years. So you're fully committed. I love that. I want to take like a couple steps back before you found that video. You mentioned that you were in a post, you being a post-menopause and dealing with like years of immobility. What told that take on, on your body and on your, on your mindset at that time?
05:22I'm an overcomer. I'm one of those really resilient people. So in 2020, 19, 2019, when I fell, all of a sudden I had this hip ache and I'm like, Oh, this is not fun. This is not fun. So I went to the doctor and she said, well, we don't need x-rays and you're fine. So I thought since I was fine, I could just keep on going. So I joined the local Y I started doing bootcamp and all of a sudden COVID shut everything down, which was probably a blessing because I think I probably would have hurt myself because I was going to bootcamp all the time and I was in so much pain. So here I knew that I was an
05:59exercise person, but my body wasn't cooperating. Like what? I can't hike. I can't go upstairs. I need to hold onto things. I don't care that I'm 70. It doesn't matter. Like that's not okay. And my inside said something is just terribly wrong and we're going to find answers. So I went through a regenerative naturopath stuff and some of it's worked and some of it hasn't. And lots of things that I knew I could keep the desperation to get my health back was what kept me looking,
06:32not quitting. So I did not quit and say, Oh, well you're 70. That's what 70 year old people. So I was 67 or whatever. I was five years younger, 65. So really, um, I wasn't buying that, you know, 65 is young. My dad was 95 and he was still kicking around helping the people shovel. So my dad taught me that's who I am. And inside that person was screaming that I could, I was in total denial that I could not get up off the floor, that I could not go upstairs. I was in total denial
07:07and I wasn't going to allow that truth. So I was really, I was living in conflict. I'm denying my own, what the truth was. I was immobile. Yeah. I hear though. You're barely resilient. Like you're like, you're going to figure it out and get and see it through, but definitely like living in denial, but seeking to find the answers that you wanted to find, um, which you didn't give up on. And you did, what, what did that feel like? Cause you know, being in the fitness space since 1985 and in the deck in the fitness space for decades, what did it feel like to feel lost with your health? Like, did it feel like it was like a double,
07:39like a double world you were living? Like I'm in the fitness space, but I feel lost with my health. Like, how did that feel? I felt like I was going, there's a song that says walking through the valley of the shadow of death. Or walking through a knot hole, a dark long cave that I knew there was a light and I knew it was my light and I knew it was dark. And I didn't allow that dark to overcome my hope. I didn't know where it was going to come from because in the meanwhile, I was tracking my macros since fit. I probably helped,
08:10you know, get my fitness pal off the ground. Cause I've been trapping my macros probably from, from when this silly thing was around. If you look at my, my streak, it's like forever. So I was tracking macros. That means that's a good thing. I was eating 1300 calories. That's a good thing. I was moving. I was using my fitness pal so that I could figure out. I was doing all these things and, and I was feeling like there's something else. And I knew there was something. I just believe there was something because all my life, there was always something else. I didn't get
08:41here by just sitting on my, my little side of the road when I was five or when I was 20 or when I was 40, you know, I've overcome and we all have to get to where we are. We all have overcome. And I had to believe that I was overcoming what I didn't understand, but there was an answer somewhere that I never had come across because I don't believe I know it all. And I had to have that hope and knowing that there was something that I didn't know that I was searching for because once we think we know it all, we can't go anywhere. So it's really humbling myself and saying, you know what, that doesn't matter how many years
09:14somebody knows something more because research keeps going on. And there's Nikki Stott out there somewhere who is going to provide for me. And I didn't know who you were, but I know when I was in the fitness industry, I was always doing what I could for my peeps. So I knew someone was out there that was like me when I was younger, who was going to help me. I believed it with every fiber of my heart. I think that's a huge thing to point out right there, Peggy, the fact that you had that type of mindset that you're willing, you know, to stay humble and to stay open-minded to, to being,
09:46you know, relative to anything that was new, that was coming out on the fitness space and not thinking that you knew it all just because you were in the fitness space for decades, but being open and willing to be like, okay, there's, there's someone like me out there nowadays giving new information. And I need to learn from that person. And lo and behold at 321, I came onto your, to your phone. You're a younger me, but you have done what I wish I could have done, but I took off on a different path. You are a mini me. And I, that's, there was something just about you that resonated your,
10:17your hope for all of us and your truth and your research. It's not just fly by night and look at these bodies. It's a process. Life is a process. You don't get to the age we are, whether you're 40 or 50 or whatever, without going through a process. And the process is the thing. It's not the goal. If you hit the goal, like now what? It's a process of life to get to better places and there are beautiful buoys along the way. Oh, I love that. That warmed my heart. Thank you, Peggy. You mentioned there a second ago that you were eating 1300 calories and still,
10:49I know you were still struggling at that. What did that feel like? I think that I didn't realize how bad it was for my body. And the fact that over stress and all this, I was gaining middle, middle belly weight. So there were evidences in my body. I also had irritable bowel syndrome, IBS. I don't like to use acronyms because people that don't know them, I feel like I'm leaving them out of my life. So irritable bowel syndrome, I wound up with gastric reflux, I wound up with eczema. I know I wasn't sleeping enough because I was starting to be
11:23forgetful. And I knew that there's nothing wrong with my brain. My brain's good. So there's something else that's making me forgetful. I'm not one of those people say you get older, you get forgetful. That's, that's a lie. I knew that the forgetfulness and no sleep and something was not functioning at the level I knew that my body could be. I'm a Corvette. All right. I'm a Corvette. You're a Ferrari, baby. That's what you are, Peggy. Oh yeah, I've driven Ferraris. I like, I like Corvettes better. Okay. Okay.
11:53So I'll be a Ferrari for you. I'll be a red Ferrari. I love that. Okay. Ladies, are you feeling frustrated with body changes you're experiencing during menopause? It's time to take control. 12:55the show. Okay. So 321 comes around the middle of the night. You get a video of me. What stood out the most to you in that video? Like, was there a word I said? Was there something that just resonated with you during that, that video at the beginning? I'm a gestalt girl. Okay. The whole picture girl. I knew the energy that was coming at me from my spirit said, listen, I was open and you were honest. You were not making false promises. Nothing like
13:30it's going to happen tomorrow. The whole, the macros I know are true. So you hooked me because it was something I already knew was true. And I think there's a lot of people out there that know macros are true, but they don't, it's like they have a weapon or a tool. And from a lot of people, it's a weapon because they think if they follow the macros alone, that's does it. But that hooked me. And then the other pieces with the exercise and the knowing that muscles are where my hormones are made. I know this. I know that muscles are hormone factories. And I know that at my age, if I don't get those muscles,
14:02I don't have hormones. If I don't have hormones, I can't live. And estrogen and androgen and all those dudes, they're coming out of here. And if I only have a little, I knew all those things. So what happened? What was in here? I was hearing on the screen from you, the full gestalt of what makes somebody, especially women, no osteoporosis because you're, you're building. I don't remember what you said, but it all pulled out everything I had and said, yes, that's the full enchilada. I'm in the right restaurant and I'm going there to eat. I love that analogy. That's awesome analogy.
14:36Okay. So you saw the video that all resonated with you. You signed, filled out an application. You talked to the team the next morning and you signed up. First of all, I'd love that. Just committed out of the gate. What did the price tag feel any type of way to you? Like what, was there any reservations or skepticism at all that you were experiencing? It lasted very short because if you're going to go to a gym, you're going to get a coach. You're going to have a nutritional analysis person. You're going to have psychological support. You're going to have a team. There's five places. Every time you go to a counselor,
15:08it's a hundred dollars. You go to a nutritional council, a hundred dollars. You get a coach. It's a hundred dollars. You get all those other things. Plus you get a team. If you take apart all the parts that you give exactly priced in a way that it would cost to get your act together. So what's the, what's the deal? So it took me a minute, a New York minute. That's where the first 30 years of my life was to just say, wait, you know what? I, I know I can do this. And I looked and it didn't take me long to find that. Yes. Where there is a will, there's a way as a retired
15:43person. Um, it was going to be what I was going to do because it was going to get me where I needed to get. I love the way you broke it down. And what's, what, what's so cool too, about that breakdown analogy that you use was you're mentioning like five different buckets of life, right? Which would consist of five different types of attention from a different person. So you're getting five different people to focus on one thing when really you're getting it all focused in with one person to help you on your journey here on the inside. So let's talk about those first few weeks of you signing up with warrior babe, uh, trusting your coach, you know, doing less all at once. Like what
16:16were the first few likes first few weeks? Like with us at warrior babe, I was so exposed to how out of shape I was trying to like, okay, we can do three a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, let's do weights. Stacy and I are talking and she says, okay, we'll do three. And I would do the first workout and I would have to modify. I'm like, um, this, my new baseline isn't what I ever imagined. I got a new baseline, but at least it's easy to get up from because I'm not hardly able to do anything. I can't even get down on the floor and get up. Cause at that point, 42 weeks ago, it was March 19th that I had my
16:52knee and it was April 28th that I had my hip. So you just do the math. Um, we're just a year out and a little bit. So I was brand spanking new off my surgery. Holy cow. I am spanking new. So did you sign up before? No, you signed up after. So March, March and April are a year. So if you go back a year from now, we are in August. So by August, you go back March, April, May, June, July, August, four to five months out of my surgeries. And you signed up for warrior boom. Oh yes, ma'am. How
17:23else was I going to get in shape? Those stupid physical therapy. Oh yeah. I forgot physical therapy. Bucket number six. Everybody needs physical therapy and they're lying to themselves if they don't think so. Cause we have misused our bodies that our shoulders need help. I have a massage therapist. That's the one thing that you guys haven't got on your list yet. Cause they don't do that through zoom. But that's something I do monthly or more often if I need to, because our bodies require attention. They are like cars and the older they get, they need to be
17:54tuned up and shined and change the spark plugs. I knew that this was going to, what, you know, what am I get up and step and down a step holding onto rails? That's the physical therapy. I know, I don't think so. So I knew I needed physical therapy and I knew I could get healthy advice for how to recover from my surgeries. My doctors cannot believe I can crawl on my knees. I can do the child's posture and get my butt down onto my heels. I can get up and down off the floor without holding
18:26onto a chair. But when I first started, I was like, I can't do those exercises fast enough to have it only be a half hour. Cause I couldn't get off the floor. I'd say, okay, I think I'll use my exercise ball. Cause if I get on the floor to do my flies, I won't be able to get up. So now I can climb mountains. I have a paddle board. You name it, girl. I can do squats. I can get my butt below my, my knees and stretch. And doctors like looking at you during this recovery period and being
18:58videos of me. Wow. I went back for my six months, both of my doctors said, can I video you? Cause people need to see that they really don't have to sit in a chair forever. So both of my doctor up in Lebanon and my doctor in Nashua, New Hampshire, they said, okay, yeah, your, your leg is bending at over 120 degrees. Nobody can do that. I said, I'm not nobody. I am Peggy. And my knee bends that much. Cause every morning I would wake up and I would stretch the knee and I would do your exercises the best I could and
19:30modify. And it went from me being only to exercise one time a week. Then I could do it two times a week. And I had to tell myself, Peggy, Peggy Ann, you're going to feel better. You are going to do this. And whatever you can do is what is better than you could do yesterday. Wow. You can do this because you have no option. I didn't even say if you don't, this is going to happen. Wow. I don't want to address that is if you do, this is the only way that you're going to get to where you want to get. I want to be able to climb mountains. I want to be able to go horseback riding. I want it. I've
20:02never done it. Not since I'm 18, but that's my new dream. So I want to do those things. So yes, it was super, super hard, but Stacy walked with me and encouraged me and said, okay, if you can't do 10 minutes, just do five minutes, do your old workouts. If you can't do my workouts, I just want you moving. And then once I found out the love for moving again, it was easy for me to do three days, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. And recently I've gone to the five day plan. Oh, wow. I want Monday,
20:35Wednesday and Friday, whole body Tuesday and Thursday lower. And then on Saturday and Sunday, I'll go down the lake and do water aerobics, which I help other ladies who are infirm with that. Look what you spread in the message and do and help other women on, on the weekends. Well, I have a good coach and her name is Nikki and I have another one. Her name is Stacy and I'm surrounded by women who are doing that. It's a sacrificial love for sharing what we have and we live it. You live the message. You don't just talk about it and sit in your little office. You're out
21:08there coaching. I noticed your name is on the coach list. You're not sitting there. You're a leaders follow and you're still following after. And that inspires me and that my coach is following after. And she finds another article and I find an article and she says, Oh, that's really good. She doesn't say I already know that. Quick break. If you're finding this episode helpful so far, it would mean a lot if you could hit pause for just a second, leave a quick rating or a review or share it with
21:38someone who could benefit from it. Your support helps more women discover these tools to build muscle, lose fat and feel confident. Thank you so much for being a part of this journey with me. Want to circle back to the nutrition aspect when you first joined the program, Peggy, what was that like? Like if you were eating 1300 calories, how did Stacy integrating you into the macro world? Like with us, like, did you start off in a retrain and then work your way up or like, what did that look like with the nutrition? I'm in retrain for life. I'm halfway kidding. I have the goal right now from getting, I'm from 1300,
22:12I'm almost at 1600 calories. We, we went up a little bit too fast. I gained some weight. I was like, okay, none of this matters with the numbers. It just matters that we can find a way for me to do this without gaining too much weight, without me to balance my body, because I've, I know that I need more fiber. I know that I have to start paying attention to my sodium. I, those, those things all made sense. So it was scary to gain a little bit in the beginning. And then it wasn't scary anymore because I started to feel so good. And then we were able to tweak from going to the right
22:45macros to then dividing my meals up a little bit better to then saying, okay, let's add some fiber. It was a layering and it felt better at every single step. The biggest thing is my IBS is totally gone. Wow. So you can't get, I've been to doctors. They were trying to help me trying to figure it out. I have no IBS. You could tell a clock by me being healthy in my bowels. That's amazing. When I started this program, I had a colonoscopy and my, my, my entire bowel was purple instead of
23:18pink from the inflammation that I was carrying from not getting enough nutrition. So to me, my full health is more important than the number on the scale. And trust me, I'm a girl who still weighs myself every day. And I've been weighing every day since I knew how to read a scale. And I have told myself, I don't need that number. I don't have to, but I enjoy the fact that I can see even that it's going up because I look at the, all my clothes are fitting that the internal of my bowels are pink. Yeah. I mean, that is huge. There's not a doctor that could fix that.
23:52I went to a lot of doctors. It gave me the chills because it's literally just turning to nutrition and eating better and eating more. And exercise, loving myself, understanding that I'm worth it. Amen to that. That's what I want to dive into next is like where now you're 45 weeks in, you mentioned earlier that like we were the, we were the glue. We've, we've given you the step-by-step direction. Like it almost like what, like you mentioned, like layered, it's layered in. So where, since joining Warrior Babe 45 weeks ago, what, tell us about mentally, physically,
24:25like where are you at now in your journey? What are your, what does your progress look like? I love you, girl. As you get more along, you realize how much more you need the help. When you first start out, you know, you want something and you don't know what you need. And when you start to see actual progress in your body, progress in your mindset, progress in being able to set boundaries where you need to, to be able to make clear decisions, to be able to have unhealthy friends and love them as they are and not get annoyed by things that aren't important. That's
24:59bigger to me than my weight. I mean, I can be with some women and I've met for coffee, but part of my outside of life, well, my life ministry is being with women who've been traumatized or been in trafficked or been in abusive relationships. So I meet with people and I have gotten so much insight and wisdom. And the more that I have that, the more that I want to heal me, because if I go through this healing, I can give a person who's with me a whole person. So where I am is hungry to be able to
25:34be more centered, more focused, more attentive to my habits first. And it's not just putting your oxygen mask on. It's, it's, that's a good one, but this is an emergency thing. This is a lifestyle warrior, babe. This mask thing is, oh yeah, you're in an emergency, put your mask on first. Life is, you do it first. You become strong and people will be able to see and want. I had a lady come over today. We did an hour in my pool. She hasn't been exercising for a really long time and she spent
26:10an hour and she can't wait to come back. She said, oh, I didn't even know. And it's, it's just a lifestyle of, of love that I want to be able to be stronger, to love myself, be grounded. I now I'm eating about four meals a day. I'm watching that 30 grams of carb is about the most at each meal. I'm looking at getting one of those Stelo sensors in the next couple of months, just so I can wear and see the glucose and see the spikes because I want to know more. And I want to have Stacy and
26:43warrior babe help me put it together so I can go into my last 30 or 40 years being whole and strong and useful and really not sitting around saying this is too hard. No, it's like, I can, I can really do this, this loving ministry. And I also, I'm still high school teaching. This is going to be my 50th year teaching. Wow. What can you not do? I'm going to be an assistant principal for the first time in my life. And I'm doing professional development. Just it's fulfilled life. Yeah. And everybody has a place
27:18inside and a purpose and finding that purpose and being able to live it. You can't do it unless you take care of yourself. So where am I? I'm hungrier than ever with Stacy to say, okay, great. Now we're doing this. We've got the sodium down. I figured out cottage cheese is not my friend, but I found cottage cheese that has almost no sodium in it. So now I'm happy. I found out what chickpeas have too much sodium. So there's a place in Canada that sells all these wonderful sprouted beans, sprouted beans have more enzymes, more helpful. So I just have this friend friendship with this company and
27:53I'm buying all my sprouted beans. And you know, when I'm doing one thing, I'm doing my exercise, my beans are boiling. It doesn't take any more time. You just have to make your manage your events so that you can do it. And I'm excited to learn more. I love that. I can tell that you're hungry for more. And have you built muscle since being in the 45 weeks? Yeah, let's go, Peggy. I know that in my Oxaline scale, I don't believe anything about what the numbers are. I don't think
28:27it's really 107 pounds or 112 pounds, but the number that it had when I first had the scale to now has gone up by four pounds. That makes a lot of sense to me. I can see a little bit of definition in my legs and they're getting back to my 40 year old sexy legs. So it's a matter of using the observation and data isn't always going to be the scale or the tape measure, but I can see my triceps. I don't know if you can start to see them. So I can feel the muscle there. I'm strong. I can pick up
29:00my paddleboard and walk the seven minutes down to my lake by myself. And it's a 11 foot paddleboard. How's that feel being 70 years old? I feel like I'm about 40. So be careful. I love that. I have to be careful that I don't forget that I'm actually a little older. Not much. So for anybody that's listening to this right now, that would be like, oh, I'm just too old. Or, you know, my doctor says that this is just a normal stage of life that I'm experiencing right now or normal symptoms. What would you tell that woman that thinks that
29:31she's too old to build muscle? I would probably want to hear more from her. So I'd know the right thing to say because everybody has a different why, but I would really sit with that person. And, you know, maybe she says, I have grandbabies. I'd be like, oh, that's so cool. Would it feel like if you could go out and go to the amusement park and walk through the whole park without even being tired with your grandbabies? And then someone else might say, you know what? I've always wanted my
30:03husband and I to go walk the Appalachian Trail. I said, well, why not? So I think it, the first step I would do is ask to find out their why. And because everybody's got one and the difference between meeting your why, meeting your purpose and not has to do with it in here, your heart to take care of you so you can believe it. And I think a lot of times someone just needs to be able to express it and realize that they really can or see that somebody else really can. That's what I would do. I love that. I think that's really impactful response to hear women out and see where they're
30:37at and then be able to give the response that they need to be able to hear for themselves in the moment. As we like start to turn to end this interview and I have a couple of last questions. Is there anything that I didn't ask that you'd want someone listening to this right now to know about your journey? I would look somebody right in the eye and I want to tell you, you are worth it. And anything that tells you you're not worth it is a lie. And it's time to be able to shed the lies and believe you're worth it. And whatever the it is, is your it. Even if it means that you just want
31:08to be able to get out and walk your dog, you want to meet your neighbors, you're worth it. If you hadn't made the chance, the change for yourself to join worry about 45 weeks ago, where do you think that you'd be today? At 1300 calories and sick, because there wasn't any other thing. It wasn't like I was looking, wasn't looking for supplements or there's every supplement in the world. There's every powder in the world. There's every food additive. I'm almost off of every medication and almost off of all of those stupid green protein things and Vita this and LMNOP. I have dry beans and I have one up protein
31:44because it's a clean protein that I add to my shake. I use the Cabral shakes in the morning because I learned about them for nutrition and berries and a little bit of protein. So my, I feel like I've been watered in the morning. So I have all this to go. I wouldn't have thought about the nutrition because I'd be popping all these once a day metabolic, whatever goofy live things for thousands and thousands of dollars that real food, I was brought back to what I knew was true and I'm eating real food and I wouldn't be there. I would still be searching
32:19and spending tons of money for the next promise that came along, whether it's seafood or sea moss. My sister just sent me the other day about sea moss. I sent her back, Patty, did you ever think about trying a little bit of berries and maybe you can mix it up with some beans and how about some onions and garlic? And I said, you know, I've turned, I'm addicted to real food. I told my sister. I love that. That's good. I'm so happy that you turned it around for yourself. And also you wouldn't,
32:50do you think you would have recovered as fast as you did with your hip replacement and knee replacement? Absolutely not. Yeah. I would still be going to physical therapy thinking that I need more. And what I needed was something to stretch me to say, you can do this. I think that the IBS just like that, that, that blew my mind that your colon was purple from inflammation. And just by you eating better and moving more, you're healthy in that area. And it's pink. It's pink. It's not as stressed out. That made my, that gave me chills. It made my heart just
33:24so happy. So if you, if you had to say anything to a worry, we're listening to this right now, a potential worry, but that's thinking about signing up, but she's on the fence. What would you tell that babe? Get off the fence. You're not going to know what you're missing unless you do it, you know, get off the fence. What if it worked and you walked away? What if it really worked? What if it worked? Like all those women are saying, what if that 70 year old Peggy Ann was telling the truth and she changed her life? What if whatever the other people that are in Moria Bay, there are so many testimonies. They're not fake. They're real life people. What if you're missing out by not doing
33:56it? What have you got to lose? Peggy? Thank you. Thank you for that right there. Thank you for possibly changing the life of a listener that's listening to this right now and your story, you know, it's no matter what age, it's proof that you can turn it around. You can put in the work. You can, you know, no matter, no matter how your background or how stuck that you're feeling, like your transformation starts with you slowing down, you trusting the process and you believing in the woman that you're becoming and you're meant to be. And now that you're so much more grounded, it's really cool to hear like your responses. You can tell
34:26that you're grounded. You can tell them you're, you're centered and that you also just want to like be able to emotionally, spiritually, and like you're deeply rooted in self-love. Like you want to be able to just spread that to anyone and everyone that comes into your, into your circle, which I think is a beautiful thing.
