00:00If you are the woman that is going into 2026 right now and you are trying to change 50 things, maybe you're somebody that hasn't worked out, you're not drinking your water, you're not getting eight hours of sleep, you are inconsistently hitting your training program, you're not taking your vitamins, and you try to drink 120 ounces of water, get your workouts in five times a week, stretch, get enough sleep. If you're trying to change 50 things, you are going to feel very overwhelmed in two weeks, if not two weeks, in four weeks, if not four weeks, in eight weeks, and that's why people give up.

00:39Oh man, it's 2026. What's going on everybody? Happy New Year. And if you guys are listening to this right now, that means that you survived 2025. And all of its ups, downs, left, right, you know, chaos. I've been seeing memes on Instagram of this, like, dog with its hair all messed up. What it looks like if you made it through 2025. So I'm just letting you know that you made it.

01:10And just a pause for a second and acknowledge that for yourself. You showed up, you did the work, even if it was messy. And maybe you're going into this next year, into 2026. You don't want it to be another year of, like, starting over, right? Not another year of you were hyped up to start something, you didn't follow through entirely, or you got burnt out, or, you know, maybe another year of I'll do better next time. Or maybe just another year of, like, you know, I want to finish what I started.

01:41And if that's you guys' episodes for you, we're going to dive into talking a little bit about, like, how momentum actually gets built. Like, the kind to, like, not, like, motivation momentum, like, real momentum. Like, the kind that carries you through quietly and powerfully. Like, you're in alignment, and it feels just like you are, like, you're just one step after another makes sense, and it feels that way. And I want to just talk, though, how that gets built, because it's so real, and it's so possible. And you can do it, you know, in fitness, and you can also do it in life, in every other bucket of your life.

02:18But for, you know, purposes of the podcast, I'll talk through the fitness lens. So I want to talk about manifestation with this. But, like, I want to just hold on, pause for a second on that. I want to talk about real manifestation. I don't want to talk about Instagram manifestation, like, that version that you see on social media. Not, like, the think positive and wait version. Like, the write it down in my journal and hope that it gets handed to me type of version. Because that type of manifestation without you taking action is just wishful thinking.

02:52And then you having the action and doing the things without, though, the belief turns into burnout after a while. And so for me, this is what I really leaned on in 2025 when I want to get better going to 2026. But for me, this process, and for some of you guys, you know, that could be, for me, it's God. But it could be your faith. It could be your intuition. It could be, you know, you feel an alignment. It could be a higher power. It could be the universe. The principles are all the same. Momentum is created when alignment meets you being obedient with that thing that you set out to follow through on.

03:30And I'm going to, you know, that's broadly speaking. I'm going to elaborate within this podcast. What I've learned, both in my life and through coaching tens of thousands of women through Warrior Babe, most women don't give up because they don't want it badly enough. They give up because they don't trust themselves to follow through when things get uncomfortable, when things get uncertain or when things get a little shaky or unsteady, right? And that's just a pattern. That's a type of conditioning that someone may have been brought up with.

04:00And I believe that's why fitness is such like a powerful training ground for this and how you can get better at following through even when things are uncomfortable, even when things are unsteady. Like it's because you have that belief and that allows you to continue to take the action. But like I said earlier, if you don't have that belief, the action is going to turn into burnout. And again, like you can manifest all the things that you want and not take the action. But that's just wishful thinking. So it's like, how can you get in alignment, right? How can you work on this, you know, pattern, this new pattern for yourself in 2026

04:34so that you can follow through when things get uncomfortable? You know, if you mess up, you can get back on track. And that you can follow through to the end of 2026 and look back at, you know, at the end and look back at the beginning and be like, wow, I followed through this. And, you know, I had, it doesn't need to be perfect, right? It's not an all or nothing mentality here. And this is why I believe fitness is such a, again, a very powerful training ground for this. Because when you can follow through on a training program and follow through and allow yourself to make mistakes and allow yourself to be messy with it, allow yourself to mess up, dude, you're going to be so much more lenient with yourself.

05:07Give yourself, not lenient, but give yourself grace in other areas of your life. And you're going to be like, wow, I can actually do this. I can mess up and still follow through. Okay. And also, pause, let me just add this for a second. If you are the woman that is going into 2026 right now, and you are trying to change 50 things, you are going to feel overwhelmed, right? Maybe you're somebody that hasn't worked out. You're not drinking your water. You're not getting eight hours of sleep. You are inconsistently hitting your training program.

05:40You're not taking your vitamins. And you try to drink 120 ounces of water, get your workouts in five times a week, stretch, get enough sleep. If you're trying to change 50 things, you are going to feel very overwhelmed in two weeks, if not two weeks and four weeks, if not four weeks and eight weeks. And that's why people give up. Because you try to change one too many things at the beginning. So if there's anything I can say is maybe start with this. And it's okay that we're a couple days into the new year.

06:10You can still make adjustments. You can even still make adjustments two months in. What matters is that majority of the time you are consistent in this new year. Okay. Start with what this episode is going to teach you today. And then maybe fold in a workout twice a week if you were just starting from scratch. If you were someone more advanced and you need to really hone in on certain things, pick three things and hone in on them this week. That's it. And then start to layer them in after three weeks. New things. All right. Don't try to change 50 things. Okay. Anyway, back to the episode. So when you commit to a training program, when you actually follow through week after week,

06:44you are training far more than just your body and your muscles. You are training consistency. You are training follow through. You are training discipline. You are training self-trust. You are training your brain. You're rewiring how your brain navigates things. When you fuel your body instead of under eating, when you stop skipping meals or starting over every Monday, you there, that's the, that's an example of you retraining self-respect.

07:16You know, especially if you've listened to all 300 and so many episodes of this podcast, under eating is not what you should be doing. And if you know that you're still doing it, then it's taking the action steps to fix that daily over the next few weeks. That should be your one priority. All right. That's a form of self-respect. When you go into this new year and you stop finally chasing the next best quick fix and you commit to the process that a coach has laid out for you or new program that you're

07:50buying into like an actual like legitimate like accountability support program, quote unquote, you know, if you are inside a warrior babe, then get inside a warrior babe. When you commit to that type of process, that's you practicing patience before you even know it. When you commit to a year, you know that you may not be saying out loud, but internally, hopefully your brain is like you're committing to giving yourself this year to make it happen. Doesn't mean you need to make it happen in the next week, the next four weeks, the next six weeks.

08:21You have the next 52 weeks to figure it out. That's patience, my friend. And the biggest thing too is you are practicing faith in something bigger than just looking at the outcome on the number of a scale. This is why I believe working at warrior, working with warrior bear, working with a coach matters so much because guess what? Motivation is going to dip. Motivation is going to fault. You know, you're going to have these ebbs and these flows.

08:52It will. It's going to happen. It's going to happen this year at some point. If not once, it will happen 10 times. And that's why your coach is there to remind you who you said you wanted to become when you signed up for this program to help you to, you know, adjust instead of giving up to help you stay rooted. And, you know, you following through week after week to you training this aspect of consistency rather than, you know, staying rooted in your emotions. You're now rooted in standards.

09:22And that's where momentum actually gets built. And it doesn't get built in dramatic moments. It doesn't get built in all or nothing swings or programs that you follow or these quick fixes that teach you nothing. Because I shouldn't say nothing. They teach you something that some people can't latch on to after they're done. And that's why they gain all the weight back. So what I want to do is break down how this manifestation, like how it actually works. Okay, not again, not the social media type of version, the one where you actually take action. So I'm going to break it down simply.

09:52First step is you need to get clear because clarity creates movement. The thing is manifestation, right? You people start making vision boards and start thinking and start planning and start hoping and believing harder. It doesn't start that way. It doesn't start with believing harder. It starts with you having so much clarity, right? For you could be to pertaining into fitness. I want to share a little bit about what I do year over year. But it could be, okay, how do I want my health to look like at the end of this year?

10:26Maybe you take your blood work in the beginning of January and there are some deficiencies that need to be addressed. At the end of the year, you have then the after photo, what that looks like, the after blood work of you taking in these deficiencies into account and taking action. That's the type of clarity. Maybe a type of clarity is you know that you don't eat well or enough and you want to focus on weight management or losing weight. And nutrition is a big component of that. Okay, then I need to be clear on how I'm going to approach my nutrition for the next year.

10:58That's clarity. For me, at the end of every year, I sit down and I write out five buckets of my life. One bucket being finances. One bucket being travel. One bucket being relationships for this year. Typically, I would do health. But now I'm in a relationship that I want to continue to pursue and grow in. And the other two being personal and professional. My personal will have my health goals. Because really, it's not just part of my identity at this point. Those are the five buckets. Under each one, I write exactly what I want to experience by the end of next year.

11:31And I don't write these vague intentions. I don't write be healthier. I write specific outcomes. And why that matters is because that clarity that I just gave examples of tells your brain then what to look for. When you name what you want, your awareness starts to shift in so many different ways. You start noticing these opportunities that were always there that you just maybe couldn't see them before. You may walk into Starbucks one day.

12:01And you may be overhearing a conversation about some coach that's maybe starting her own fitness company. I don't know. This is how it happened for me when I worked in the emergency room. And how I wanted to help people. And that woman was looking for the same thing for guidance. And that opportunity met. She got help from me. I started to be able to expand Warrior Beam. Right? When you get clear on what you want, you name what you want, your awareness starts to be way more open to hearing, seeing these conversations.

12:32Or some of you guys listening to this podcast, I've had success stories with. I filmed the interviews. And you guys were like, yeah, I was talking about, you know, wanting to be healthier or focus on losing weight and getting the health management underway and focus on eating better. And I wanted to know what macros were. And all of a sudden Warrior Beam popped up on my Instagram. Maybe it's popped up before. But now that you got really clear on it, you see it louder.

13:03You see it now. Same applies to your job, for things that you're waiting for answers on. If you get clear on what you want, God will meet you where you're at. And he will give you a sign to keep, if it's the right thing for you, to keep stepping forward in that path. And that's the same reason for you tracking and starting working out and tracking your macros. If you start taking that action, other things will start to align for you. This is the thing. Clarity creates direction and then direction creates momentum. So that's the first thing. You just need to get clear on what you want.

13:34Quick break. If you're finding this episode helpful so far, it would mean a lot if you could hit pause for just a second, leave a quick rating or a review, or share it with someone who could benefit from it. Your support helps more women discover these tools to build muscle, lose fat, and feel confident. Thank you so much for being a part of this journey with me. The second thing is important, because this is where most people get stuck, is you have to pair that vision with action. And for those that, you know, are deeper in their faith walk,

14:08pair it with obedient action. Okay? So like, where I see people get stuck is they write their goals down, they do their vision boards, they wait for motivation. Again, let me remind you, manifestation isn't passive. You have to participate in it. So once I write down these goals in these buckets, afterwards, I ask a simple question. I'm like, okay, what is the next action step that I can take this in within my control, start moving these things into into into play? I don't need the full roadmap. I don't need the entire plan. I just need the next step. And I can even pray on it.

14:38Or I can start thinking about it. And maybe I'll think about it on a couple for a couple of days. And then we met with something with an opportunity or with the sign or with a conversation. This is why fitness is a perfect training ground. You don't manifest strength by thinking about lifting weights, right? You build strength by lifting them, by taking action on picking up the weights and putting your body under metabolic stress to grow your muscle, especially on days when you don't feel like it.

15:09That's why this is the perfect training ground. That's the same thing applies everywhere else in life. With fitness, you do take the walk to get the steps. You prep the meals. You show up to the workout. You check in with your coach. And then this, you guys, when you take the action, that's where coincidences happen, quote unquote. The right person shows up. The right opportunity appears. The door opens. That conversation is had with a friend. You meet someone at the gym and you're talking. And these are not accidents.

15:39This is alignment. That's what it looks like. You move. God meets you. And believe this because I have felt and experienced this. He will exceed what you are even asking for. As long as you take the action that is being shown to you or asked of you, even if it's uncomfortable. That's how you follow through. Even when it's uncomfortable. The third step. And this one is, I think, matters deeply.

16:09You have to, because I struggle with this one still to this day. You got to release control. And you got to just keep your standards. The thing with you experiencing and playing in a manifestation is it's not about controlling the outcomes. You can have clarity on how you would want the outcomes to be. But you can't control the outcomes. I always, because a lot of women are like, I want to experience X amount of weight loss in six weeks. Okay. If you are attached to that outcome, you are going to be so dissatisfied. Dissatisfied.

16:39Because you're not going to get it in six weeks. You can't control that outcome. But what you can control is your standards. Because that type of outcome, I believe that God doesn't respond to desperation. You can't be like, I'm going to lose X amount of weight in six weeks, even though it took you probably 10 years to put on that weight. What he does respond to you is you being obedient and being consistent. Universe does the same thing. That's what you believe in. You don't need to force a timeline. You don't need to micromanage how it happens. And this is where sometimes I struggle in certain buckets of my life.

17:12Because I want the outcome to happen and the timeline to be on my timeline. But that's not how it works. Again, desperation and micromanaging. What your job is to do is just to show up as best as you can consistently every single day. To keep the promises that you made to yourself. To adjust your schedule instead of giving up or quitting. And just to be open to receiving more as you continue to follow in those steps.

17:44Being consistent, keep the promises and just continuing to adjust along the way. Like you don't panic if progress isn't as linear as you want it to be. You don't throw a plan away because the scale fluctuates. Like you don't do that. Because that's again, you trying to control the outcome of you getting to set goal in a certain timeline that you want to have. You just got to keep showing up over time. And that result is going to continue to compound. How you're going to get to the end of 2026. And you're going to be like, looking back and like, okay, I just had a compound effect

18:17over the day over the days of this past year by just showing up and keeping the promises to myself and being consistent and being met with new opportunities. And if they were uncomfortable, I leaned into them a little bit. Because again, there's aren't think about like this. They're not consequent. They're not coincidences. They're not actions. If you are met with something that is going to lead you to continue to grow and evolve in your fitness or whatever aspect of your life, that is a test from the universe, from God to help you advance the next level. So as we move into this new year, you don't need every answer.

18:56You don't need the full picture. You don't need to become a different woman overnight and change 50 different things in the first week of the new year. Momentum is not built in these like grand, big gestures. It's built in training when motivation is low when you don't want to, fueling your body instead of punishing it, giving it the food that it needs instead of restricting, communicating with your coach if you're working with one instead of hiding or, you know, withdrawing. It's staying within the process, even though quitting feels probably so much easier. And that's why I believe Worry Big Works because we're not about perfect.

19:27We're not about all or nothing. But because you guys are learning how to trust yourself again in that program. Yeah, we give macros and workouts and you have a coach that you work with. That coach, I guarantee you, is going to be a huge pillar as to why you trust yourself again. Seen it. Thousands of women. Your fitness journey is not separate from the life that you are trying to create. It is literally the training ground for it in every bucket of your life. Every promise that you keep throughout this year will strengthen your integrity everywhere else. If you can keep the promises, and I've seen this because women have said that fitness, because

20:00they did the things for themselves within their fitness promises, that strengthened their integrity in their relationship, in their marriage, with their children, at work, with their family, with their friends, and so many other aspects of their life. So if you take nothing from this episode, nothing else in this episode, just take getting clear on what you want. What is that next action step that you can take? And then trust that you will be met along the way. And just show up consistently and keep the promise that you made to yourself.

20:32Because you will be honored by your effort. You will be honored by your obedience. And you will give you so much more than you even thought was possible. And so much more than you even asked for. Guys, happy new year. Happy 2026. I hope that you make this the best year yet. Literally the best is yet to come. If you just take into account some of the things here in this episode and you start taking action on them. All right. And if you need to check out WorryWabe, check out worrywabe.com. We got a coach lined up for you that can help you with your goals in 2026.

21:04I love you all. And I'll see you in the next episode. Peace out. Real quick. If this episode resonated with you or gave you the push that you needed, I'd love for you to pay it forward. Drop a quick rating and review. Share the podcast with someone who might need it and help me keep spreading the word. Your feedback not only helps to show grow, but it might just be the nudge someone else needs to kickstart their transformation. Thank you so, so, so much for your support.
