Full transcript
00:00Can you take us back to what that version of you looked like before us? I wasted a lot of money. I wasted a lot of time, frustration. I just had to do something. What progress are you the most proud of right now? The most proud of is my abs are showing. It just makes you like so happy and excited to be able to say, hey, this is what I'm doing and I would love to share it with you as well.
00:30What's going on, everybody? Hey, so we have another WarriorBabe here with us, WarriorBabe Debbie, and she spent years trying every single program out there. She has a specific title that she calls herself. I don't know if we'll talk about that on this episode, but she's very open about how she's known that she's never stuck with anything long enough to really see long results. And after she's retired from the Navy, which thank you for your service, Debbie. Thank you. The structure that she had during that disappeared. And with it came her confidence and her control. And she stopped looking in the mirror. She avoided photos and she watched her health start to decline.
01:13But then insert WarriorBabe and everything changed. She's found a new sense of like team and consistent coaching and motivation to do this for herself. And Debbie started lifting heavier and all the things to start feeling stronger. Now she's, you know, off her heart medication, which I can't wait to get into that story and loving her body again and finally proud of what she sees on the inside and out. So Debbie is here to share her story. Welcome, Debbie. Oh, thank you. Thank you for having me. Appreciate it. Yeah, of course. I'm excited to chat about your journey.
01:45So let's start back before WarriorBabe. Can you take us back to what that version of you looked like before us? So try to make things a little bit quicker than my whole life because. But anyway, I've been in and out of exercise quite a bit. And so I'm always looking for that next quick thing to, you know, lose those extra 10 pounds or whatever. And and it's like I'm at that 10 to 20 pounds that are really hard to lose.
02:16And so I try I've tried multiple things. But originally I was a kid. I was into weightlifting. And so I have that in the back of my mind, you know, and I loved it. But then you just get into the 80s when you're doing all the aerobics and the running and all that. And so anyway, that's I've just tried everything. And then as of recently, it was well, before WarriorBabe, I was just any program that sounded like, you know, hey, it's going to get me there.
02:48It's going to help me lose this extra weight I have or give me a little bit of a body that I can appreciate or look at. Then that's what I would do. And I wasted a lot of money. I wasted a lot of time, you know, frustration. But yeah, so that's where I was at the time. Yeah, you're not alone. I want you to know that. You know how I'm sure, you know, from being a WarriorBabe now and you're hearing it from the women and you're like, holy cow. Yeah, that was neat. You know, so you're not alone in that regard.
03:20There's been so many women that have tried so many diets and, you know, they've they've been on that hamster wheel of losing and gaining and losing and gaining. Was there any like specific moment that you realized that you were like, all right, you know, something's got to give like I really need I really need to change. OK, it's going to sound silly, but it's a picture again. So I I take horrible pictures.
03:50Number one, even now, I'm like pushing like, OK, let me make sure I like that picture, you know. But anyway, it was a picture. I went to Disneyland with my neighbors and he and we took a picture in front of the castle. And I didn't even know who that person I mean, that person on that picture. No, what was worse, Nikki, is he went and got a shutterfly of it. So then he put it on my refrigerator. And so now I have to look at that every day of how bad.
04:23And I was like, this is getting crazy, you know, and I I just had to do something like it. This was crazy. That ended up being isn't that crazy to think, though, now that ended up being a motivation that you like saw every single day. And you're like, this picture is like just like, oh, it just makes me like I know. And it was the motivation. We're like, all right, dude, I need to change or something needs to change. And what's crazy is you don't even feel that way inside. You know, you don't feel that way inside until you see something like that. And you're like, oh, no, because I'm not I feel like, you know, you're not silly.
04:58You don't I've been around enough being in the Navy. I've been around enough guys to know what looks good or what doesn't look good, you know, to people. Anyway, but yeah, that was very hard. And so I was like, I have to do something because I just couldn't take it. I was really actually getting more down and down on myself. And I would not look in a mirror after that. There's just no way, you know. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. At that point, you were like, this has to stop. Yeah. Were there any like specific like sign warning signs with your health that made things feel
05:32like a bit urgent to make a change? So that was the other thing is I've been healthy all my life. Pretty much. I'm just thank the Lord. I'm just very fortunate that way. And then when I retired, I had I had some bad tests come back like, oh, all of a sudden my heart rate is beating crazy and my blood pressure is up. Oh, I have cholesterol, but that's familial. So I have, you know, family cholesterol.
06:03But my heart rate and the part about the tests and things like that was I was so proud of my blood pressure, my heart rate. When I was in the Navy, I would even challenge my sailors like, hey, you know, hey, I bet I got the better blood pressure than you, even though they're like 20 years younger than me. So, you know, and I would. That was what was a crazy thing. So I was priding myself on that. And then when I got out and I went to the doctor and I was like, what? That's not my blood pressure.
06:33So, yeah, I had definitely I had to start figuring out, OK, how can I take care of my heart? Because my mom's having a lot of heart issues. And so that was one of the things I was really nervous about. Yeah. Yeah. It can be, you know, totally alarming when you know there's some things that run in your family. And if they're not taken care of, it could be it could be made worse. Um, there's another question I had for you. And when you were before, like, joining Warrior Babe, I read that you your your home gym, your
07:04garage gym was collecting dust. How's that? How'd that feel? Like seeing a collect the home gym? Like how'd it feel like seeing a dust like that? It made me sad because I put a lot into it. So, um, uh, about a year prior to probably that feeling was I was getting ready for a wedding. And so my friend who actually, um, lived with me kind of whatever anyway, but we would we were getting ready for her wedding. And so we bought, you know, all kinds of weights and we got, uh, uh, anyway, uh, a rower, we
07:42got a bike and I'm like, I put all this money into here and then I'm not even using it now. You know, after the wedding, of course we were, we bought bikes, even we went on the bike trails. We lost enough to get into our dresses. And then after that, we just relaxed again, you know? Yeah. Yeah. So it was really sad. Did it ever feel like at some point, like, did you ever doubt that long-term change was possible for you to experience? So I always felt that way, but I never followed through, you know, like something would happen
08:18and I wouldn't do it that day. And then I just wouldn't keep doing it, you know, like, Oh, I really like, I feel what I feel great after I go for a run, let's say, or I feel great after I work out or, you know, I'm happy with myself if, you know, I didn't eat wrong or whatever. Who knows? My, yeah, my nutrition isn't that bad actually, but, um, it was always just trying to stay motivated to keep a program growing, going. And so you would see those teasers of like, Hey, we're going to make your program.
08:49We're going to do this and that. And then they'd send you this big E file or whatever to print. And then you're stuck with, okay, how many trees did I kill to do this? And then I'm not doing it, you know? Yeah. Yeah. You're riding that rollercoaster of, okay, I'm, I'm trying the program, getting, I'm getting a teaser of the results. You get a taste of success and then you have to change something. And then it's like, okay. Yeah. And then it, you know, that could, that alone can make somebody just stall and not want to
09:19proceed forward. So, and, you know, it's like so many women have done that. They've done the rollercoaster up, down, up, down, tried so many different things. They've gained the same five, 10, five, 10 pounds over and over and over again. Right. So I want to bring us to when you, when did, when did you see warrior baby or what popped up for you around warrior baby and what made you be so intrigued about it that you were like, I need to, I need to click on it. Okay.
09:49It was you. I, I literally, you know, cause I scroll a lot. And so I read, or I listened to all the hype things about dieting and stuff and then yours came across. And then at the end of it, I don't know if it was the way you said it or something, but you said, fill out a form and see if you're able to like, it was like, fill out this or answer these questions. See if you could be a warrior baby. And I was like, well, yeah, of course I can be challenge accepted. Yeah. I was like, okay, I like the challenge.
10:23And so I, I don't know how you exactly said it, but then I called immediately. Like, I, I don't know if I called or I put in and then they contacted me immediately. One of the other. It was a little bit ago. So yeah, that was, I was like, what? Yeah. I could be a warrior, babe. I've been in the military, you know? Yeah. Yeah. That confidence going into it. You're like, challenge accepted. I can totally do this. No problem. What, what made? Warrior Baby feel like it was different from all of the other programs that you had tried?
10:55It's the community. And, um, just the amount of effort that is put into it, into us, you know, and you feel like you're actually getting somebody who cares. Like, um, just anything, even the slight thing that makes you feel good. Like I'll present something. We did a challenge for food or something. And then Mo hit, Hey, that looks yummy. And I'm like, wow. Even other people are being nice to me.
11:25You know, not just my coach. It's not just me and Stevie, you know, it's like, it was awesome. So I was like, this is a, this is truly a community, you know, cause you do your Tuesday or you do your, your Thursdays. And, and it was just amazing that how much effort is put into it. Oh, that's really cool to hear. That's awesome that you're, you know, you're with, I just interviewed somebody the other day that was with coach Stevie too, as well. Um, cool to go to hear, you know, Stevie's such an incredible coach. Um, yeah.
11:56Now with these episodes coming out on Stevie, everyone's going to be wanting to work with her. So I mean, everyone knows her roster's full. Sorry guys. I was going to say they've got to be busy because I know you've been putting out a lot of effort. Yes. We want to reach as many women as we possibly can. I know. You're great. Quick break. If you're finding this episode helpful so far, it would mean a lot. If you could hit pause for just a second, leave a quick rating or a review or share it with someone who could benefit from it.
12:27Your support helps more women discover these tools to build muscle, lose fat and feel confident. Thank you so much for being a part of this journey with me. Um, so with working, what was your first impressions with working with a coach with working with Stevie? Like how did she shift things for you? So I originally started with a lady that was, they said, Oh, we'll get somebody who's your age. You know, not, not that we'll get, they didn't warn me how much, but anyway, her name was Jan or something. And I don't think she's with you guys anymore. But, um, so I was kind of like, okay, I, she was dealing with me cause I did share, you
13:05know, I like to drink wine and stuff like that. So she was dealing on that, that episode of it more so than anything. And so I was a little flustered, but then all of a sudden I'm getting a new coach and I got Stevie and I got workout programs. I got new, you know, things to like my new numbers, my new macros and all that stuff. So I love it. I love it. And she really, um, I like Stevie cause she doesn't let you BS as much as you want to BS. I don't know if that's good to say, but it's true.
13:39Absolutely. Please say that we, we pride ourselves on our coaches being tough love and giving you guys a straight, you know, no BS approach with empathy, obviously, but yeah, you know, we're not going to take the excuses. You know, we want you guys to win. We're part of your success story. No. And there's a full on grace thing that is amazing. You know, that you don't realize in other programs that if you fail, oh, well I failed, but here it was like right off the bat. Hey, you don't have to be perfect. You just have to try to keep going, keep, be consistent.
14:10So it was like, okay. And she's so good about reminding you like, okay, well, what about this? Or what about that? And to make sure you just get back on track, get back on track, you know? So it's been good. I traveled a lot with her. So I know she's probably like, God, does this girl ever stay home? But yeah, it's been awesome. That's awesome. How was it in like the first, like the early weeks transitioning into like our methodology
14:42when it came to nutrition, you know, coming from a world that was follow this plan that was probably very broad to the masses to really following like more of an individualized approach. How was that in like the early weeks of getting on, on board with that? Ladies, are you feeling frustrated with body changes you're experiencing during menopause? It's time to take control. 15:50That's warriorbabe.com forward slash apply. All right, let's get back to the show. The early weeks, I was kind of shocked because originally it was like, okay, you're going to eat like 1800 calories. Are you going to do this? And you're knowing your mind's like, what? I'm supposed to eat like 1200. That's what women eat. That's normal, you know? And I was nervous because I felt like I was already chunky and I didn't want to get more
16:22chunky by eating because what if it didn't work? You don't know at that point when you're in the program, you know? And even just the little bit of exercise I was doing at that time, the program that I had, you know, because you start out slow, very slow with the bands or on the floor doing body work and stuff like that. I was really nervous because in general, not at that moment in time, but I was very active. I've been pretty active overall because I had to be in the military. And then it was just like when I retired, I got a little bit less active, but, you know,
16:57I was still walking my dogs, doing all that stuff. So I was nervous, but I eventually saw, you know, things started changing. And when I was doing my, I want to say my retrain going into maintenance, I was losing weight. So I lost my first initial 10 pounds right there. So, okay. Let me just unpack that with you. I love getting different warrior babes perspectives on this, because as you were saying, it's normal in our society for women to be eating 1200 calories.
17:31You come back to the program, your coach is telling you, Hey, we're going to work our way up or we're going to start at 1800 calories. And you're going to, or you, as you experienced, you lost weight by eating more food. So, and you just like share that mindset shift that you experienced that you were eating more and you lost weight. So it was a mind shift. It was like, I'm totally excited about this. And also if you, you know, you follow through and you listen, then you hear, okay, just trust
18:06me now. It'll work. It will work. Believe me. Believe us later. There we go. Yeah. Trust me now. Believe me later. Right. And it worked. I mean, those first 10 pounds came off. So now I'm just in the process of. Yeah. Just trying to work. Whittle, whittle, whittle, whittle, whittle. You know, cause my body is more like an apple. I think, you know how people say they have a pear shape or an apple. So I fold a lot of it here.
18:36And that's, to me, it's kind of a hard part to lose, but I'm very happy with what I'm doing though. Yeah. It will be a hard part. That's where you just store, have sorted over the years, but it's possible to be, to, to lose it. As you're seeing with the protocol. Yes. Yes. Yes. Um, with eating more, how, what does your training protocol look like right now? So I have, um, uh, it's separate, like I have chest and then in a separate one with,
19:09um, let's see, I have the back with my, with my bison tries. And then I have, you know, then I calves and, and glutes and then, you know, like that, is that what you're asking me? But that was so comparable to when, before you started, like how much are, were you doing strength training before compared to the way you're doing it now? Yeah. So I got out of it, even though I really wanted to get it. Cause I built my, I built my little garage gym, but to make myself go out and do that
19:40was always a challenge. I don't know why. Even to this day. Oh, I have a salt fitness stuff. I mean, that's, I have good stuff even, and even, I still want to go to the gym and do it because it's so hard to go outside and do it in my own house. I don't know why, but, um, I've always paid for a gym. So I was able to start using that again. And, and cause I kind of outlifted what I had. I couldn't, I didn't want to, I can't afford to keep buying weights and weights. And so I have a good membership. I might as well just go use it over there.
20:12And so now I've made myself go to the gym. So now I have plenty of weight to use, you know, to do what I want. And I've always loved weightlifting. And let me say, that was one thing that was, um, uh, hard on me with those other programs was that they would start me off on, in a room in a different area away from the weights that I was so used to. I grew up in gyms actually, when I was a kid.
20:42So I wanted to go out and do those weights, but they, as a, you know, a program, they wouldn't, they would like, Oh no, you have to do this first. And you have to do, I don't know, different things and stuff. Yeah. Not even the machines. They would, they had little things like, okay, dumbbells in this room and you go, okay, lunches are good, obviously. But it was just, that was the constant thing in there. So I'm like, no, I want to lift. Cause I like to lift. So it's been years since I got to lift.
21:13And I just love that part that I get to lift now. You know, and I love all your training, all the little videos that help you see if you're doing it right. You know, so tips for sure. Yeah. It's a, it's a complete program, which is awesome. How do you feel now? Like if you can remember before you were eating this much, like 1800 calories, how before when you were eating less, or maybe you were eating healthy, but maybe not eating enough. How did you feel then compared to how do you feel now with your energy?
21:49I think, um, I, uh, I have better energy now, especially because of how much of what I'm doing. I don't know. I think the thing is I've always, I eat pretty good. Like I, I stay away from fried foods and I did that, you know, but sometimes I would cut out too much and then like do a keto program and then all of a sudden you're just gaining it right back. You know, if you cheat at all, you're in big trouble. And that's what I've, you know, I've told people, but energy wise, it's hard to say Nikki,
22:22because I've always been pretty hyper, pretty, you know, yeah. Yeah. And my job, I start at three in the morning or four in the morning. So it's like, yeah. So it's kind of hard to judge, but I'm a happy morning person. So yeah. Say less, say less. That's totally fair. Yeah. Okay. So how about, we mentioned community earlier. I'm going to pick your brain on how it felt to be like finally be a part of a team and, you know, to have people like in your corner and cheering you on.
22:55How did that feel? Yeah. So having, like I said, the first thing with Mo, just clicking on my thing and saying, yeah, that looks great. You know, and people I don't even know are encouraging me. And then our, our group within under Stevie got bigger. And so we're always messaging back and forth and cheering each other on when we send pictures or, you know, if we do a little challenge together or something like that.
23:26So just having that is, is extra and just wonderful because, you know, there's other people going through what you're doing, you know, or what you're going through basically. And, um, you can share those, those times together. Yeah. And so it's, it really does help you. And it keeps you going because you don't want to be the one man left out, you know, not knowing what the heck's going on. Right. Like I'm sure you're inspiring the warrior babes getting up at like 4am in the morning
23:57to go to your, to work, you know? Well, I don't know if they know that, but. Okay. Okay. Now they know who they live. Now they know. Yeah. But the, the accountability, that's the other thing is like, I'm accountable to Stevie, of course, and my program and accountable to myself, but also just to hear. And I'm like, okay, that girl, she's getting her personal best every single time she works. I need to start doing that. So it really does push you to have those little groups, you know? Yeah. And yeah, so that's, that's the best, that's one of the best things.
24:31You can tell that you have a very competitive, uh, I think you're competitive character to you. Yeah. And I think it just came from, you know, um, well, I joined the Navy at 33, so I was the old lady in the group, but I still, I don't know. I just have that heart. I, I get along with young people really good and just, I generally just, I'm pretty upbeat. Yeah. Yeah. You can tell that by just chatting with you now. Yeah. You're wiggling too much. No.
25:02So you mentioned that you had lost 10 pounds with the retrain and that you also mentioned, um, that you're noticing your body slowly, like recomping. What progress are you the most proud of right now during your journey? The most proud of is my abs are showing on the side. Like I have little lines here and then also I'm losing, um, my biceps are coming out a lot better. So I used to be like, I'd be like, Oh yeah, I have a, cause I'm a bowler.
25:37I bowl. And so I have, this arm was always big. And then this arm was little because this did all my bowling. And so I'd always show off my biceps, you know, or something, but now they actually are there. And I'm like, Oh my God. And then like yesterday I turned my arm and I'm like, Oh, I see the little line coming down from my tricep. So that's cool too. So it's just heavy. Huh? I said, look at you go. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So it's just a matter of getting this layer of, you know, and that'll just take time.
26:09That's all. Well, yeah. Let's share with the listeners how long you've been a warrior, babe. I think it's been like, um, well, March 24, 25. So March to October. Three, seven. So 17 months, I guess. Yeah. That's awesome. And you know, March 24. You read, uh, you, you bought another year, right? I had. Yes. Uh huh. Let's go. Oh, I had to, I was like really resistant because I was like, Oh God. But I was like, my friend told me, she goes, this is the only program that you have not
26:44griped about at all. Like, she's like, so if you, if you want to do, you should do it because you always say something about like, Oh, I don't like the trainer. I don't like this or that. But she said this one, you never say anything. That's incredible. This is, you've been with us for a little over a year. And has this been the longest program that you've been in? By far. Yeah. Yeah. For sure. And I'm shocked that I've even stayed this long, but I think it's the accountability factor.
27:18Yeah. You know, I don't want to let somebody down. So that's, that's just me being a Leo. I think I just don't want to, you know, not do what I was told to do basically. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's a good attribute. Yeah. So, but I love it. Yeah. I love that. You, you, that dedicated and you're showing up for yourself that, that goes a long way. And to think too, you said earlier on in the, um, us chatting, how much money you spent in all of the programs that you were trying, you know?
27:49So it's like, when you made this investment in yourself, you're like, how'd you feel about that? Um, well, I, I enjoy, I'm, I'm doing it because I made a big investment, but, um, it's just, it makes me happy that there is actually something that's going to work. Yeah. You know, that I'm not buying a special pill or I'm not doing this. I mean, um, of course, you know, you do like something to help your liver out or you do
28:20something to, you know, maybe help you sleep. But other than that, it's been great that I don't have to sit there and try to navigate a whole different program all by myself. And if I have questions, I have Stevie there to ask her, Hey, am I doing this right? You know, I can video myself and say, am I, you know, what am I doing? Like I was trying to do something really heavy once. And she's like, Oh no, you need to go back down because I was like, you know, your form was all out of whack.
28:50My form was out of whack. So it's nice to have that though, because you don't have that in other things, you know? Yeah. You can easily just record yourself and send it to your coach and see, see what you need to fix or if you're doing it right. Yeah. Speaking of like taking videos, how, what was it like seeing, um, vacation pictures that you actually liked for the first time in a while? Right. So this year I went to, uh, Italy and I did not want to have ugly pictures. And, um, my friend and I, we were, we know how to stand and pose a little bit, but it just,
29:24the pictures finally came out a little bit better, you know, that, well, a lot better. I liked, um, you know, I wasn't ashamed that when she shared them on, you know, so it's just great that, cause my, the thing is my face is kind of rounded, but I, I don't know why the camera is so mean to me, but anyway, but, um, yeah, no, it, it, that was a big goal of mine. Like, I just want to be able to not ruin pictures. I felt like I was ruining a good picture with my friend, you know, and she'd be like, she
29:59knew exactly what I would like or not like, so that's why it was so important for me to get to that point. Cause that's, that was what I had August in mind and that's what I wanted to do. And I did. And I liked them. Yeah. I had a lot to do in August. So it was great. Did you replace the photo that was on your fridge or the Shutterfly photo? Did you replace that with a new one? I don't know what to do with that because they're my name. They're like neighbors that literally walk in whenever they want and blah, blah, blah. So it's like, what do you do?
30:30You know, he made it for me, but I don't, I hate it. I might have to tell them. Yeah. I might have to tell them I got to take it down. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Or put the, put the Italy picture right next to it. Just, there you go. You know, be reminded. No, then they're jealous. Cause no, I'm just kidding. It just, no. No, it's just, I mean, it's good intentions. You know, they don't, they, they think I'm beautiful. They think it's great. So it's not that it's just what, how you see yourself and how you want to feel about yourself.
31:04And so that, that's the important part. I think. And just having a lot of the encouragement, knowledge and, and advice through all the, you know, the little Tuesday things you listen to and people, you hear the different aspects of where people are coming from and learning those kinds of things. It's like, okay, I'm not the only one and I can keep going and try to do something better.
31:35Yes. Yes. I love that. For sure. And speaking of like empowerment and like, you know, the encouragement and a little advices you get, you know, you're lifting heavier now. You're off your heart medication, which is so incredible. You're showing up consistently more than you ever have in any other program. What has that done for your self-confidence? So I, it boosts it so much just to know that I'm actually following through, you know, I'm,
32:06um, I, I think I have some self-confidence, but, uh, beyond what the warrior babe, but then it's just made me that much stronger. You know, it, I don't know, it was there, but now it's like here. So, yeah, um, it's, it's made me stronger and I share it a lot. So I tell my friends and I try to get them, you know, my mom, the protein, you got to have the protein. This is what I'm doing. And, you know, and so it's just makes you like so happy and excited to be able to say,
32:41Hey, this is what I'm doing. And I would love to share it with you as well. Oh, I love it. Yeah. Yeah. That's awesome. Um, all right. So as we start wrapping up this interview, I have one last question for you, for anybody that is watching this right now or listening to this right now, listening to your story who may be feeling like lost or inconsistent or just stuck. What would you want them to know? If you have, if you have the means and you have, if you're able to do it, I would definitely
33:17do it because it definitely, um, supports those drives that you have inside you. The whole reason why you're even looking at, you know, why you're even scrolling for those kinds of things. If you have the means then to try to do it and get, and get involved and give to it, give to it fully and it will work. Right. Um, and then if you don't have the means, then shoot, start watching, start doing the little programs that you offer on the side also.
33:48And then that would say, Hey, I think this will work for me in the long run. And then, you know, find the means, then you find the means to do it. So yeah, definitely. Um, it's, it's a community and the community is what's so important. Like, and it's just, even you just being yourself and being so loving towards us, you know, every day you love us and you tell us like, Hey, keep it up, babes. You call us babes. And it's just amazing.
34:18So, I mean, I've felt that all along. And so it's like, just having that is something that makes you there. You feel special. Like, Oh yeah, dude, I'm a warrior, babe. That's right. I love that. Heck yes. I love all you guys, all the warrior babes. Yeah. Oh, that's amazing, Debbie. I love that. And that's a great way to segue off into what I have to say about listening to your journey. It's proof that it's, uh, it's never too late. Like you took back control of your health and you took back control of your happiness. You know, you had the, from the military structure to the self-doubt,
34:50to the hiding behind the pictures. So like, now you're showing up strong. You're showing up, you know, in your, in the, in the, like you, you said you have confidence, but like your confidence seems like it's more like through the roof, you know? Yes, definitely. Your story reminds, you know, people that are listening to this, that when you do find the right community, when you find people that are in your corner, when you find people, find people that can back you up and really, truly love you and make you feel like seen and make you feel like you're, you know, you can do anything that's possible. You believe in what's possible. So, yeah.
35:22And then you, you, you know, you, you started to change your body composition. You didn't, you, you really get to rediscover yourself, which is really cool. So. Yeah. I just really like to shout out to Santana too. She's so awesome. Like just responds within a second. You know what I'm saying? So it's your whole, whatever your business purpose is or whatever it is, it's awesome. We feel love. We feel it out here for sure. Oh, she's going to love to hear that. I'm going to have to send her a message too. Yeah, definitely. She got a shout out. Yeah. She's incredible.
35:52The whole team is a dream team behind the scenes, you know? I'm sure. Yeah. Well, Debbie, thank you. Thank you for being here. Thank you for sharing your story. And thank you for most importantly, being a warrior, babe. And keep crushing it. Thank you. I appreciate you. Thank you. Hey, really quick before you go, I have one small favor to ask.
